However, it is not suitable for triple-axis doppler speed logs. The simulator settings for specific models, such as DS80 (Furuno) and JLN-205 (JRC), provide valuable reference points for calibration and testing.
In its role as a doppler speed log transducer tester, the SIM999 facilitates the measurement of transducer parameters, including resonant impedance. Standard test data for popular transducer models, such as NKF-547 and DS-820, offer valuable insights into transducer performance and compatibility.
